Can anything be done to better enforce the Noise Ordinance with regard to excessively loud motorcycles ?
It has become a daily issue with multiple occurrences ( especially at night ) and can go on into the very early morning. Crown and High Streets are especially bad. I think it's not unreasonable to want to be able to quietly talk on the telephone, listen to music or watch television ( nevermind sleep at night ) in my flat without noise from motorcycles making that impossible -- being so loud they drown everything else out.
