Several trees in front of 128 Bright Street, 122 Bright Street and 269 Varick Street are showing early signs of tent caterpillar infestation. Before this gets worse and spreads to other trees in the neighborhood, is someone from DPW able to assess and remediate, perhaps by spraying? These trees are otherwise healthy. The cherry tree in front of 128 Bright Street is evidencing tent caterpillar infestation. I cut out all obviously infested branches/leaves but observed caterpillars crawling elsewhere in the tree. The east half of the tree is most affected. Is someone from DPW able to assess and remediate, perhaps by spraying? The tree otherwise appears healthy. Link to tree location: https://goo.gl/maps/4xbnY2c6zY32. Thank you.

Has PANYNJ explained to City officials how it will monitor and (if necessary) address overcrowding on the JSQ-33 and NWK-WTC lines during the Penn Station repair work starting next week?

I have read that PATH will run extra service from Hoboken but they do not seem to have considered that many Penn Station-bound NJT customers are likely to transfer to PATH at Newark to avoid delays getting into Penn Station.

JSQ-33 and NWK-WTC trains are already filled to capacity during rush hour. They cannot safely accommodate additional riders unless PANYNJ runs more service on these lines. Please let me know. Thank you.

At 8:25 this morning, I was nearly struck by a vehicle that blew through the stop sign at this intersection. The crossing guard was present, but not paying attention (as is usually the case for this particular guard).

This intersection is near a park and a school. How many close calls until the City does something here? Thank you.
