I don't think that is fair, she just is trying to make her quota and give out tickets . She said I should have called the parking Authority, Most people do not know they have to call P.     i reported a noisy rooster waking me up every morning starting at 430am and on and on i was told by animal control person they were told to get a permit and he would follow up last week what happen the animal is been out in this cold night and day

    i emailed to complain about a noisy rooster last week i had to call today the police to get any help animal control came told the women she can't have it without a permit are you serious it is a public nuisance this website is useless you get no help i will complain to my councilmen tuesday about this site total waste of time and taxpayers money totally unsatisfied
