Tenants of absentee landlord put recyclables out yesterday Friday 15th and will stay there until Tuesday ( actual recycling pickup day - note garbage bags by garage doors have been out since Thursday - rodents are already eating thru trash bag - in a few days that garbage will be strewn all over sidewalk.)

Tenants put out recycling garbage on wrong night and will probably stay there till Tuesday (actual recycle night), also see garbage by the garage- it's been there so long possums and raccoons are chewing thru the plastic bags. This property is owned by an absentee landlord. See complaint # 14750220 and 15228859.
