    The buildings were recently bulldozed but the land is just a mess. I’ve seen rats running around on the property and it really needs to be cleaned up and mowed, as well as the remaining debris removed.

    On January 18th during heavy rain TC Jester flooded between Washington Ave and Schuler St. With any rain event large or small this area floods. The drainage is clearly not adequate so the parking garage of my apartments flood. The water isn't coming in from the street, it's coming up from the drains in the garage because we end up taking on the water from the streets. Detering street has no drainage and no curbs which causes an even greater issue. This needs to be taken care of ASAP!
