Communipaw needs to be repaved from Park to JFK. Road conditions are of a 3rd world country. Uneven. Multiple pot holes. Bumpy all over the place.

Old lawn mower and what looks to be some kind of chemical tanks/containers dumped here months ago and still here. This is the empty lot next to the Temple Beth El.

Cardboard boxes not picked up last night. All of Harrison Ave was missed. I am not the only address.

Abandon car? Has 3 parking tickets on it and been in same spot for almost 2 weeks.

Falling Wire issues from utility pole in backyard. I have reported this but you guys are saying you can’t do anything cause it’s private property. I don’t know what kind of wire it is or whose property it is going too. It does not go to my house. So I’m not sure where to begin to fix? Is it cable or electric? Whose cable is it as far as provider and where is it going? The utility pole is in my backyard and so how would anyone service it if there was a bigger issue like replacement?

Trash has been sitting out on sidewalk all day. Noticed at 6am and still there at 5:30pm. Was not picked up last night for some reason.

Cable or some utility wire fell and hanging in my yard. Seems to go to house 2 doors down from us. Comes down into my yard and goes across 214 Harrison and maybe goes to 216? This is in our backyard. Wire is low enough that I can hit my head on it.

Trash inside and outside of fence. Trash along side walk. Lot not being regularly cleaned.

Recycling not picked up. Are they still coming or should I take back in. Understand its because of the weather. Thanks

No permits posted. Construction crews are in and out of unit.

This lot continues to not be maintained. Weeds are over 6' tall and come outs 4' from fence into sidewalk. Has not been maintained in over a year. Reported in April. Summons was sent and still nothing has happened.

Still has not been cleaned up and the weeds and grass are even taller.

Tall weeds and Grass 2' tall on sidewalk. On both sides of property on Astor and also on Park. It is never maintained.

Continues to be a problem. Has not been cleaned yet. Shopping Carts show up now with trash in them. Trash bags on sidewalk. Dog poop bags and trash inside of the lot.

Gut Renovation. Large dumpster showed up On Sat 3/24/18. Throwing away large number of trash bags and wood from walls and ceilings. Checked Portal and no permits pulled.

Looks like a guy rehab. No permits posted. Looked online and plans failed. Large cement truck arrived today and unloaded cement into the basement. Assuming no inspections are being conducted. A building supply company delivered large amounts of plywood and 2x4 today.

Merry Reported this in December and has not been cleaned yet. Small Suitcase now added to trash along fence. Purple Do Poop bags in lot been there for months.
