Construction of The Lively is littering Steuben St with white flakes that are accumulating in the street, on cars, in the grass, etc. Material is falling from the west side of the building as they create a white facade

I'm not sure what the material is but I wouldn't be surprised if it's unhealthy for the wildlife and seeping into the drainage system

Steuben street is currently closed off from both sides due to construction. This is a safety hazard and residents were given no notification prior to the Road Closed sign being placed
