    Over a year ago, a large live oak fell. Since then, the previously shady area is weeds. Last spring, we were told that the area would be seeded. That was either never done or didn't work. Because our house faces this area, it appears to be our property. I would like to work with The Landings on this.

    Our mailbox has rot in the horizontal post. When I saw the mailbox painters, I mentioned it to them. They skipped painting it. We want to make sure that the box is on the list to be repaired.
