Anything we can do to get this cleaned up? This is the view from Landings Way South toward the lagoon and golf cart bridge heading to the 6th tee of Palmetto. This used to be one of the most beautiful views (and one of my favorites) but now is so overgrown. Will it always be this way now or can we add it to someone’s trimming schedule?

The Crosswalk from Peregrine Crossing across Landings Way to the Palmetto Club is clearly marked with new striping It is also a very busy crossing used by walkers, bicycles golf carts etc The traffic going North IMO travel at an excessive rate I have seen several close calls from the center of LW going to Club Cars do not slow down and sometimes honk and get angry if they think that one is going to keep crossing and not yield for them and slow them down This crosswalk should have warning signs placed alerting them of the crossing and to yield After all, isn't that the law?

Lines need to be repainted where Peregrine Crossing crosses Landings Way going directly into the Club This is a very busy walking and golf cart, bicycle etc crossing Also, line at the Peregrine side should be far enough back to alert if one pulls up to the edge, cars going south stay right since the left side is for entry into the Club I have seen some close calls and angry drivers who have to swerve out of the southbound lane to avoid an accident

My daily walk takes me from my house where I cross over Landings Way and turn left on the Palmetto Club side heading north along the path. I then turn left at Huntingwood Retreat and cross over LW to Peregrine to finish my walk. have noticed over the last couple months at least, the path along LW has not been cleaned of debris, broken branches, moss, leaves etc on both sides of the path. Walkers, including myself have taken to clearing the main part of the path the best we can but the debris is collecting on both sides of the path. At one point, palmetto fronds were actually hanging and blocking at least 2/3’s of the path. I think it’s well past the time for a thorough cleanup and blowing.

The crosswalk at Peregrine Crossing and Landings Way between Peregrine and the Plantation Club is highly used by walkers and golf Carts. More so now that Plantation is being utilized more frequently. It is a very dangerous intersection. Cars never slow down even when people are crossing. The lines marking it is a crosswalk are barely visible in some spots. The signage is assumed to be for the golf carts. What is needed is better signage and clearly visible crosswalk lines. Anything to slow traffic down and make drivers aware that many walkers, bikers and carts have priority while crossing. I walk it every day and only once did someone slow down for me. That part of Landings Way is a speedway particularly in the am and pm traffic rush and there is nothing there to slow cars down. I myself have had close calls while on my early morning walk. I am concerned there will eventually be an incident if this issue is not addressed. Thank You
