Please have the trapper place a trap in our back yard garden (same place as last year) to capture two juvenile raccoons that have become a nuisance. Can contact me for specific location for trap.

Dry waste truck did not pick up our dry trash. They picked up all other residents on our court. We are first stop so they just missed it. The pile was NOT too large. I contacted Chatham County Public Works, but am not confident that they will take care of it today. Whatever you can do to help would be appreciated.

Oh, joy, we have another raccoon....please contact Animal Control to bring a humane trap. Call me for the location as to where to place it. (Same as last year). (703)801-6713 PS: we saw the neighbor feeding it on her deck with her cats. It is now coming over to our yard and going after our bird feeders and driving our lab nuts. Same thing she did last year....

This entrance needs attention! The tall hedges need trimming, it needs PINE STRAW badly, and the sign needs repainting. Please help keep this area reflective of the high standards at The Landings! Thank you.

Large raccoon-please send animal control with a humane trap (we will advise placement of trap). We have been successful in the past with this solution. Needed ASAP as we are going out of town on May 4 and we would like to try to resolve this by then. Thank you.

Another railing is down in fence by spillway on Marshwood #13. Support posts are rotten and will not hold re-nailing. People fish and crab at this site so it is subject to activity. Potential safety issue.

It appears that two offspring of the female raccoon that was just caught Wednesday have taken up her territory in our garden/yard. We need to have traps for them set ASAP.
