What is the status of this project on Erie Street and who is responsible for it? It's been over a month and it's hard to tell what is happening and how much longer this is going to take. Unfortunately this photo is represents most times I pass the site - lots of standing around not much work seemingly going on. (Address is just to ID the block where work is ongoing)

Not sure what's happening but this building has been in the same condition since the fall and no movement on construction or anyone seemingly living there. It's an eyesore to say the least.

See uploaded photo: This morning, walking from Erie & Third to Newark along Erie, the city was replacing the aprons on the eastern side at 2nd & Erie Street. So pedestrians had to cross to the west side of the street. Only to get to First & Erie where there was a construction person jackhammering on one corner, while the other side was (in front of 20 Erie) blocked with tape, wet cement and 2 JCPD officers. Either put up signage to say the sidewalks are blocked or don't have them both under construction at the same time. Didn't seem the safe thing to do, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street.

There continues to be sinking and potholes at the area in the intersection of Third and Erie where the MUA dug up last year for work. Instead of just continuing to patch it, can we dig it up to see what's causing the continuous sinking? Constant traffic and large trucks traveling across Erie don't seem to help matters.

Construction started and then halted - has been like this for a couple of months - there's a notice in the window but nothing seems to be happening.

Not sure who is performing the work on 3rd street but this does not seem like a safe way to leave our street. The top of the street had three cones that cars were circumventing and there's not much room on either side of this for vehicles.
