Would it be possible to dredge the "creek" that "flows" through Foster Park? Since it is a drain for rain run-off, it sweeps all the trash from the streets and deposits it in the creek, which is filling up with trash and what I would suspect endangers the health of the neighborhood and children who walk in it. It can't be that much trouble to bring a backhoe in and scoop out the trash and filler.
