    There is a creek on the side of the property and the banks have erosion. GADOT filled a large hole last month after I complained but the erosion is bank and a sink hole is now visible. The erosion has caused a large tree to have exposed roots and when it falls it is going to smash my house.

    city or county employees are using my driveway instead of the easement or right of way. I just paid to have my drive way secured to drive on and it is not going to hold up with heavy vehicle using it. It is a invasion of my privacy. I do not want my driveway used at all to service what ever the county is servicing because they are in my back yard. the county has my permission to make a driveway instead of using mine or driving on the grass. I have pictures with deep tire marks from them driving on the grass in the back yard.
