there is water bubbling up from the front lawn of 19 brackett St. It hasn't rained in days, but there is a steady flow of water coming from the front lawn, across the sidewalk, down the gutter and into the storm drain. if this is a broken water main, this is clearly wasting hundreds of gallons of water. if it is not a broken water main, then it is still something the home owner needs to tend to.

This pile of old sofa pieces has been sitting on the curb for over a week. This is now attracting other trash. People have tucked scratch tickets and soda bottles in between the other bits of sofa.

It finally rained this week. Which means the upholstery is wet and starting to SMELL.

    Illegal curb cut

This property put in a driveway without a curb cut. There has been an illegal driveway here for ages. But it was recently rebuilt and made larger. I was hoping that the rebuild was done with permits and following the process. However, the lack of curb cut makes me think that is not the case.

I applaud the property owner for not adding to the other illegal parking on Elm Street. However, this street is very busy with both fast vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Having an unlimited number of illegal driveways only makes this less safe for everyone, especially pedestrians

This curbstone was dug up sometime in the last week, then just dumped back on top of where it belongs.

The sidewalks are already narrowed by the fence, put up by the property owner on the public sidewalk. Now the sidewalk is being destroyed.

I don't know if this was the city or a utility company, but it should be repaired for pedestrian safety.

Vehicles are constantly blocking the sidewalk. Being a pedestrian in Medford is hard enough. When there is a baseball or softball game at the park, vehicles COMPLETELY block the sidewalk. This forces pedestrians into the street. Traffic on Park coming from the Fellsway is VERY FAST. It's only a matter of time until a child from the park is hit because they aren't able to walk on the sidewalk.

This house consistently parks cars blocking the sidewalk EVERY night. At least one or two cars parks sticking out of the driveway and blocking the sidewalk.

There is not enough room to pass on The sidewalk with my walker. I need to walk in the street. It is VERY DANGEROUS and difficult to get by with a walker. I imagine wheelchairs and mothers with strollers also have the same problem.
