Quality of Life issue having constant loud music blaring from this location. Festivals should have fixed hours and NOT remain into the weekdays and past 8pm if held on weekdays like this is. People live in this area and have families and jobs and there is no reason to blast music from loudspeakers like this and no consideration is given to the residents (who also pay taxes and vote).

Apna Bazar Store Between Newark Ave and Cottage St.
is loaded with illegal parked cars who create a tremendous
traffic hazard blocking a full lane of Kennedy Blvd.
Sadly there are police working this corner collection overtime money standing around looking at their phones or sitting in their cars in White Castle doing nothing.
Is this what JC Taxpayer money is for ?

Live toilet dumping Journal Square with rat and food leftovers for the residents who are not living in the DTJC.

Rats and filthy like a Calcutta Street but under Jersey City jurisdiction, please cleaning for health and sanitary of tax payers of non abated properties

Wire Be Hang Down Low

Illegal parking / loading zone on Kennedy Blvd and Newark Ave intersection - Mayor's office and Police oblivious to the back up and hazard this causes daily .
Cars and trucks are using an active lane of Kennedy Blvd as parking and loading zone.

Loud burglar alarm goes off all hours in the middle of the night for excessive periods of time.
This has become a daily occurrence.
