Large pot hole in residential street several loose softball size asphalt chunks coming free as cars maneuver around pothole.

Unhitched trailer loaded with furniture illegally dumped on Kathy Ellen Drive. This trailer really needs to be removed immediately. Large mattress was removed from a top trailer now is leaning loosely against outside of trailer.

Lid on sewer top sinking uneven sidewalk due to roots. Raw sewage flowing from hill strong odor.

Sidewalk blocked at 100-246 Kathy Ellen Drive with large amount of dumping from homeless encampment.
Odor and rodents sighted.
Street sweeping needed please.

Vehicles parked on public street using storm drains on both sides of for human waste, engine oil dumping and other debris for four months now.

Camper has parked on 166 Kathy Ellen Drive four months now has moved to other side of street to other dorm drain they are using storm drain for human waste car oil and other debris. We need help this camper has move to the other storm drain. The odor is horrible. If possible can we get street sweeping and something to absorb engine oil from further leakage into storm drains Please we need help.

A huge pile of large filled black garbage bags on Kathy Ellen Drive. This pile is growing. During the night this pile is increasing by at least four bags, an odor is developing.

Another illegal dumping in addition to last weeks report which remains on the the street at the end of Kathy Ellen Drive. There are huge black garbage bags of nasty smelly trash thrown out on the street that are being rummaged through and spreading through the top area of Kathy Ellen Drive. The huge boulders that have been placed at the end to stop the dumpers from driving through at being broken into chunk and removed yo open up the area for vehicle access once again.

Alley used for dumping and is littered with garbage, used construction debris materials, furniture and bags of other junk.
This has been reported repeatedly to Code enforcement. This has been on going since February 2022. This issue is being ignored we need to understand why a city allows these horrible conditions in our community.
City Neglect

Over grown bushes, pedestrians must walk into moving traffic because side walk is not fully accessible due to over growth. This area really needs attention.

Squatters have made an encampment at with the on coming Roy of 80 East. Foot traffic back and forth to squatters encampment, loose dog. Very distracting to drivers with persons running across entrance and pits the animal in danger.
A VERY UNSAFE SITUATION

Sign has been run over by vehicle and up righted by neighborhood however it is very wobbly and potential to fall over onto by passers or vehicles at stop.
