Homeless people in Coleman Hill Park leaving trash and human waste and camping overnight ( including one who has been living in a tent for a while

Recently I have had to travel north on Vineville in the daytime and south on Vineville in the evening. I have noticed that the time allowed for the Vineville traffic is very short each direction. It is common to have to wait through two cycles to get through the intersection and not unusual during rush hours to wait through three cycles. I realize this intersection is a five way intersection, but this morning I counted was barely able to count to nine before the traffic signal changed from green to red (of note - the traffic on Pio Nono usually is able to completely clear before that longer green light changes).

Just following up on previous request to get the 8 street lights on Bond Street working (From Orange St to Coleman Hill Park). The lights have been out for about three weeks now. Facilities managment came out the week before Thanksgiving and turfed the problem off to GA Power who finally came out yesterday and appeared to be working on it. Noticed that someone had tied a red ribbon around the apparent suspect pole. But last night we still have no working street lights on this block. Today I think the county may stopped by for a short time, but the red ribbon remains. So, I I just called GA Power today to ask about the status. Was told they would send somebody out to check it again. Not sure if they already did their part on Monday or not. But wanted to make you aware. Thank you.

Multiple street lights on Bond Street near Mercer Law school have been out for a week. (These are not lights on wooden poles, these are the regular streetlights). A couple of the lights began to go off intermittently a month or so ago. Then suddenly last week, all along the block from Orange Street to Coleman Hill Park, they all stopped working and remain off. It seems unlikely that all the light bulbs happened to blow out at the same time. Maybe its a power issue? The street is very dark without the lights.

Apparently someone thought it would help control cardboard litter by dragging some trash cans to bottom of slide. But there is no good access for parks Dept to remove trash. So now litter is piling up down there, and blowing around park and down to Hill Street. Can you move trash cans to a better place and clean up wet trash and litter?
