large brown couch dumped on south side of alley

I have 3 times previously reported 6 large garbage bags dumped here a few weeks ago. Now excited to report there is even more! Another bag dumped on the other side. If the area looks like a dump obviously it will attract even more! Come one, come all, dump your trash in Kissell Alley! The trash is actually partially obstructing traffic. Bags are starting to open and spew their filthy contents. If this were in front of City Hall would it take this long to get cleared?
Location is Kissell Alley just west of Monterey St.

My 3rd time reporting this. 6 large bags of trash dumped in Kissell Alley just West of Monterey St . This was reported as "resolved" but the trash is still there. Stand at Monterey street and look West in Kissell Alley and the dump pile is glaringly obvious.I recently rearrange it as some of the trash was starting to blow down the alley. Other neighbors have reported this too.

This street light has been out for a long time . Please fix. We have a lot of dumping here so the light would really help!
