    The water oak at the street corner to Broomsedge has large dead branches that we were told last year need to be removed.

    The other water oak has lost a huge branch without a storm,, and I wonder if it is "healthy". A woodpecker keeps visiting the broken branch site.

    A third water oak had to be cut down last year and we were told a new tree might be planted - would you please consider that? Thank you.

    Dear Sir or Madam, this may be a duplicate request; if so, apologies, the site shut down before I had finished. It does not appear as though the common property has been maintained for a while. There are very many dead branches, and it is unsightly.
