    H street off ramp and the corner of H street and off ramp is full of trash and urine bottles from a
    homeless encampment. Looks horrendous.
    I can't send a picture but believe me it looks terrible for anyone coming down to the bayfront.

    It is not the trees it is the WEEDS. Horrible along Sandpiper Way. I have no image but it looks terrible considering the amount of people we have coming in here from all over the US.
