    People who rent end unit have a large amount of misc."collectibles " in the backyard that is extremely unsightly to the neighborhood. They have built a makeshift shed, a makeshift wooden structure on the rear deck that is attached to building, multiple misc chairs, tables, fake plants hanging on a wire over fire pit that is used frequently, a greenhouse, wood pallets, tree stumps, wooden boards, empty cardboard boxes and plastic sheets that look like trash and lately, Roosters and Hens roaming free in the back

    The MRC is now offering opioid replacement pharmaceuticals to anyone whether in recovery or not. Foot and vehicle traffic up and down Carter Street and around the Elementary school and Viscoloid Park is out of control, and yet there is zero law enforcement policing the area or even driving through. The other night I had 2 drug clinic clients dry humping in front of my house ,and the ongoing unruliness, language, trash tossed, cigarettes discarded and other behaviors in this school and park zone is exponentially increasing. Planning to call the Governor's office and report concerns for the school environment, in the interim can we please get public safety patrols in a regular schedule. We have tried calling LE for noise etc but the response is anemic and disheartening. This area should be patrolled.
