There is a perpetual accumulation of furniture and garbage around the dumpsters in the alley between the 3100 blocks of California and Iowa. The dumpsters are behind the Booth Manor home, and it appears we are getting commercial garbage accumulation using residential cans.

We either need a larger dumpster or more frequent large item pick up. Trash is blowing into people's yards.
