    The back yard of this residence is also littered with trash and rarely if ever pickled up.
    In addition to the trash issue the front lawn of this residence is about 18" high. We have complained to the city and to the owners on numerous occasions about these and other problems (e.g., NEVER shoveling snow) with only temporary improvement. This property is a rental property (individual rooms; short term individual and the landlord is extremely negligent.
