Please replace this missing steering wheel on the fire truck play equipment on Maynard a dureya bayview park playground as quickly as possible. It is beloved and missed by the children who love the fire truck.

This playground gate lock is broken. It is bent DOWN instead of horizontal. While t solving this it would be very helpful if it was replaced with a different type of lock. This lock confuses people constantly. It unnecessarily lifts on the inside and outside side. Folks lift the wrong side and are confused as to why it won't open and how it works. Also please install it higher so small children can not reach and open it and escape. The lock on the other playground gate is higher and harder for small children to teach. The other lock is also unfortunately confusing to people.

The water fountain beside crisp park playground is not working. Please fix quickly. In the heat of summer kids visiting could dehydrate. It is the only water fountain at this playground.

There is a construction cone where a snail riding toys used to be on the playground. Please fix and replace this snail quickly. Typically in St Pete parks when such a thing is removed it takes six months to a year before it is removed. Please replace this beloved playground toy as quickly as possible. Hundreds of children use it daily and it is missed.

Please do a proper fix of this playground equipment. These TEMPORARY cones have been covering this spot for a year. There is also a third large cone elsewhere on the playground doing the same.

Broken bench, one of the boards you sit on has broken in half. It is the bench straight west of the playground all the way by the road.

1/4-1/3 of the north end of the lake has been taken over by an invasive species of vegetation in the water. It needs to be removed more adamantly before it overtakes the entire lake.

At Lealman Park there are a lot of holes all over the soft rubber ground of the playground especially by the swings. Please fix them.

Crescent Lake Park playground water fountain drain is clogged.

Cut wires hanging from telephone pole east side of street here.

There are abandoned roadwork signs on the road. They are on US19 somewhere between 67ave n and 70th ave n. One is in the median and one on the east side of the road. They read construction zone or road work ahead. They were abandoned here many many months ago presumably by workman at the time and need to be removed. Please remove promptly since they are a potential road jazzers in their damaged and abandoned state. They are the huge stand up orange diamond shaped ones.

One or more of the restrooms at Crisp Park has a leaking faucet and faucet button handles that do not function.
There was also no soap in either restroom this weekend.
The mouth guard on the water fountain outside of the restroom has also been broken since before early summer.

Someone decided to decorate various parts of the children's play equipment with drawings of penises. Please remove them.
One is located along with other graffiti on pieces of the large spinning tic tac toe game near the west entrance gate.
Another is located on the inner ceiling of the orange spinning ball play thing in the middle of the playground.

There are many plastic parts of the playground equipment that have become brittle and are now shattering with age. Children could be cut by sharp, hard shards of plastic. Examples of this are:
The large tic tac toe game is shattering at the top.
The game right next to it where kids can ten gears is broken, no longer turns, the clear plastic on one side can no longer be seen through, and it is full of algae or mold at the bottom.
Another yellow plastic section at ground level with a bubble shaped window is also shattering,chunks of plastic are missing from it leaving sharp edges on top.

There is also a 'bridge' section walkway on top which clearly is no longer made of original parts. It is made of a rubbery cloth walkway instead of what ever it should have been made of. It is VERY difficult for smaller children to walk on causing them to slip on it constantly. There is also a wide enough gap for small children to slip through. This is not safe.

Please fix these hazards.

The fountain on the playground shoots water two feet in the air and out of the fountain. This makes hard to drink from, sprays people in the face the first time, and sprays water all over the ground. Please resolve this.

There are lots of potholes of varying sizes in this street. They are mostly on the south end of it near Gandy Blvd. Please fix.

There is a huge tree that fell next to the playground in lealman park. It has been there many days. The park which is the only one for many miles is very important and highly trafficked by many children and adults. Please prioritize removing this tree and reopen the playground and park quickly for the benefit of our community.

There is a HUGE pothole on this stretch of road that grew after this week's storm. It is several feet in each direction and large and deep enough to damage cars. We saw one car drive through. It shook their car so much it severely startled those inside. Much colorful language resulted.
Please fix ASAP. This one is a major road hazard.

There are LOTS on new, and enlarged potholes on this stretch of road due to this week's rain. Please fix them <3.
