This 4-story apartment building doesn't have a full-time super and the garbage disposal is ridiculously unsanitary. Food, dirty diapers, all sorts of garbage overflows from the receptacles. I have even donated 2 garbage cans anonymously to the building. I have registered complaints with 311 and I know the buildings owner has previously gotten citations. Now work is being down on the roof and there is discarded building supplies blocking the garbage area. There are flies, roaches and a hoard of cats in this small area and I own my home next to it. Please help!
