    I would like Public Works to consult with OFD and EBMUD to adjust angle of new fire hydrant probably one quarter turn so the main valve is facing in a better direction. the way the curb is marked, there is usually a car parked right where the fire hose would be attached if there was an emergency. they left the red curb where the old hydrant USED to be. Problem can be fixed and still allow same number of parking spaces if hydrant valve angle can be changed to more logical position. City depts and utility need to work together on this one.

    #705685 incorrectly reported as Redwood Heights. Recurring multiple deep pothole problem causing tire damage etc. for neighbors. Patched in December, already forming again. Underlying water beneath pavement making it unstable? Expect multiple damage claims from neighbors or someone getting hurt from sudden swerving and crashing into oncoming traffic at the intersection. Problem intersection for as long as 18 years since I've been living here!

    Graffiti or tagging is on the STOP sign in front of my house, on the north side of Buena Ventura at the fork of Delmont and BV. Really junky looking. Especially as this is the site of a weekly coffee @ the curb event!

    For months, the vacant lots at top of Delmont Ave. (near Mokelumne) presents a fire hazard, as well as an eyesore, with overgrown weeds as well as trash dumping. The "sidewalk" has become unwalkable. The earth is sliding and is accumulating at the bottom of the hill and presenting a hazard on Buena Ventura also.
