The water in the street forms a HUGE puddle here that stretches in front of the houses on either side. There is always a puddle, but after any little bit of percipitation, it extends about 8 feet into the street. This constant flooded area has been this way for years. Vernon where Marshall dead ends. It is surrounded by many small potholes. This is a heavily trafficed street with people cutting through when Alabama backs up and soon it will be busier with school buses and mom vans when school starts up.

Graustark gets a lot of traffic with construction, being a main artery in to St. Thomas University, truck deliveries to business and school. It takes a beating and gets no love. It's nearly undriveable in places.
