    I-95 Richmond Hill, GA 31324, USA - Richmond Hill
    The traffic light at I-95 and Hwy 144 is not working correctly. The light stays on even when people exiting I-95 southbound are no longer there. Also, the light goes green and/or stays green for individuals getting onto I-95 southbound when there is no on waiting at the light. Something in this lights timing has gotten messed up. This cause long back-ups on Hwy 144
