Garbage trucks are regularly starting to pick up garbage at around 6am and are very noisy. Are there any schedule restrictions or limitations on the garbage service that will allow the neighborhood to enjoy quiet (early) mornings?

Garbage in the Lagoon: Ecological Danger (hazardous to people and birds)

Last week, the contractors remove the fence that has surrounded this house during the construction period and left the house wide open to the street. The front yard is full with garbage and hazardous materials that are risking kids and adults. Unfortunately, this is not the fist time we complain about this house and the contractors have shown no respect to the city's laws and the neighbors.

My 3rd complaint!!!! Construction work continues on the WEEKEND with complete disregard for the law and the city permit! The noise levels are VERY HIGH! I expect the city to handle this directly with the owner and the contractor. I am pretty sure that rescinding the permit + big fines would help. The attached picture shows trucks, people and equipment... Need to the city to step in!

This is 2nd complaint about the construction happening on 829 Vega Circle. Although permit does not allow work before 8am, the actual construction begins earlier. Today, very noisy trucks and loud voices were heard already before 7am and a concrete truck started working at 7:20am (picture attached).
I am looking forward for your assistance with this matter.

Neighbors at 829 Vega Circle have begun construction. Noisy work began today (Thursday) at 7am with a huge truck arriving and on Saturday at 8am. I believe city ordinance limits construction work times. Please advise.
