Storm drain clogged across railroad tracks from 1272 Shamrock Street. Causes flooding on Shamrock Street, Ash Street and Ross Street during large rainstorms.

Storm drain clogged along railroad tracks near intersection of Ash Street and Shamrock Street. There is a storm drain under the train tracks about 20 yards from the intersection of Ash & Shamrock. The flooding on the left side of picture is new. It appears that the drains are working on the right side of the train tracks in the picture.

Tattnell Park: chain on Coleman street is cut allowing cars into park. Chain needs to be replaced and sign out up stating no cars allowed in park. 4 cars parked at gazebo on afternoon of Sept. 9, 2023. All cars drove through cut chain.

Sidewalk in front of 1295 Ross Street has cracked and sunk. This is a pedestrian tripping hazard on this busy sidewalk.

Man hole cover has fallen in leaving large gap in sidewalk. Near train tracks and Shamrock Street on Ash Street ( on Mercer side of street).

Storm drain completely smashed. Dangerous for pedestrians. Corner of Hazel Street and Calhoun St. Lane.

Storm drain clog causing flooding on Shamrock Street ally next to 1256 Shamrock Street, yards next to 1295 Ross Street. Water from ditches along train tracks parallel to Shamrock seem to overwhelm storm water drains sending most of the water over the street, ally and yards. Noticeable flooding with nearly every large rainfall event.

Corner of Ross Street and Elm Street. Manhole cover missing. And storm drain sticking into air. Dangerous for pedestrians.

Large fence blocking creek at dog park. This is probably why the dog park flooded so badly. I tried to move it but it was to heavy to move alone.

Cover smashed at corner of Park Place and Maple Street.

Two pedestrian lights at top of pedestrian bridge at end of Hazel Street are out.

Pile of wood from dead tree. About size of pick up truck bed.

The last two pedestrian street lights on the 1300 block of Ross Street are not working. Location is near intersection of Ross Street and Elm Street. The closest house is 1385 Ross St.

Large pile of tree debris. Next to 1115 Ash St.

Badly overgrown lot , broken open window. No address on building but I believe it is 1322.

Tree limbs piled in sidewalk in front of 1325 Jackson St.
