Normal wheel pattern on west bound traffic goes across valve cover and has created a pothole situation. Traffic passing over valve cover is forcing cover down with hammering action. Valve cover and surrounding pavement needs to be raised.

    I am writing to express my concern about the speeding issue on Twilight Drive, particularly near the hill area. As a resident, I have noticed that vehicles often exceed the speed limit of 30 miles per hour, reaching speeds of 40 to 50 miles per hour, especially when descending the hill.

    This poses a significant safety risk for pedestrians, cyclists, and other road users in the area. To address this issue and enhance road safety, I respectfully request the installation of speed humps on Twilight Drive, both at ends of the hill.

    By strategically placing speed humps, we can effectively slow down traffic and encourage drivers to adhere to the speed limit, thereby reducing the risk of accidents and creating a safer environment for everyone. Especially considering that there is a school zone there as well.

    I believe that implementing this measure will greatly benefit the community and contribute to the overall well-being of residents. Thank you for considering my request, and I look forward to your prompt action on this matter.

    Road needs to be repaired on NW Taylor. Potholes are filled in but that is not a long term solution. Area that needs repaired is north of train tracks and south of NW Waddel on the east side of the road.

Trailer in driveway has been parked there for same amount of time. Only yard is mowed. Rodents and other wildlife has been seen coming from home. Code needs enforced with this home.
