    The Winrow needs to be removed from the Handicap spaces, so people can park, and open the car door, Parking is on the left, THIS IS A DISABLED BUILDING, what is the sense of plowing out the spaces, when you can not get out of your car, with out crawling through a snow bank~ never mind getting into a wheel chair.

    The City did a fantastic job plowing out the handicap parking spots, and the people who shoveled the sidewalk were right on~~ down to the pavement~~ so the problem is~~ when you pull up next to the curb~~ you can not get out, because of the HUGE pile of snow in between~ This is out side a Senior Disabled Building~ a few people who park here use a Wheel Chair or a rolling walker~~ and will not be able to Exit safely. The Parking is on the left side of the street~~Thanks for all your good work.~~leebee

    The Little Martin Luther King Park Next to the Library is a mess, as well as the area between the side walk and the Plaza. The Giant weeds are back, and they are both trash filled, and littered with cig butts, and nip bottles. Thank You
