    The type and weight of commercial truck is being exceeded by tractor trailer trucks. The Stevens Street bridge over the railroad tracks is not rated for tractor trailer size or weight. The bridge was recently completely rebuilt several years ago and recently the deck already required repaving. An effort must be made to stop tractor trailers from crossing the bridge. If a truck causes the bridge to fail and a train is below hauling hazardous materials may cause a catastrophe as bad as deaths in the neighborhood from a tanker. The chance of occurence is very remote however it does exist and a person's death does not justify allowing tractor trailers to use the bridge for the sake of convenience.

    I've cleaned up trash along street, near culvert and asphalt debris caused by construction of the new water main construction failed patches that was in my driveway, in the curb gutter and on the sidewalk. please remove pile of debris next to my mailbox and at property line with 38 Street.

    Water at South area of Stevens Street has been over treated by water main contractor. Friend reported very strong bleach odor in home after bathing.

    According to the BIA ROD we are supposed to have Heavy Truck Exclusion signs protecting Stevens Street and Pinehill. I've asked three times. Install them or force Dimeo to do so.
