    Street is too narrow. The 1700 block of Wellman Ave NE, effectively becomes one lane as it crosses Maysville Rd. The garbage trucks are unable to turn around and back up the street to service trash cans. You can see in the photo that there is little room to park, and when someone does park in the street, there is little room to drive.
