Stop sign pole on north bound Bellevue Street at west bound Charlevoix Street has been sheared off at the ground. The sign is now propped up against a nearby fence. Please repair this sign quickly, we've had very bad accidents at this intersection when the signs are knocked down. Charlevoix is three lane one-way westbound, the cars really move along at high speed. Thank you very much for your prompt attention.

The stop sign and one way sign pole located at the corner of southbound Beaufait Avenue and westbound one-way Charlesvoix Avenue has been knocked down and removed.

A sinkhole formed in front of our building in July 2016, I reported it thru this website. You can see down about 8-9 feet to the sanitary drain line with an uncapped stub. DWSD was out here numerous times in during 2016 and 2017. The flooding issue with Bellevue Street was due to the street drain lines and manholes plugged with construction debris. DWSD vacuumed and cleaned all the debris from the street lines, we've had no street flooding in front of our building since. But the sinkhole has never been fixed. DWSD surveyed the line, sprayed all kinds of identification marks on nearby sanitary caps, put wood planks over the hole and placed a security barrier over the hole. No one has addressed this since July 2017 and DWSD even closed the issue on 11/23/17. The original issue was Issue ID: 2736610 and DWSD issued Work Order number: E137324.01
DWSD has spent many man and machinery hours getting this issue "almost fixed", please finish getting the stub capped, fill the hole properly and repair the asphalt that covers the area. It has been over three years since I first reported this to DWSD.
