The new on-demand crosswalk signal on S. Candler Street has a big metal box on the west end of the crosswalk. The huge box effectively blocks the view of southbound traffic for persons on E. Davis who are trying to make a turn onto Candler Street. This is a very dangerous situation and it is only a matter of time until a bad accident occurs. Please prioritize this before someone gets hurt.

Heading west on Winnona in front of #118 in quick succession there is a sinking (and wide) pot hole from a previous repair, then a speed bump followed by pavement elevation due to a tree root. This makes a very bumpy ride approaching Candler; some cars bottom out when driving through it. This is the second report (at least) of this problem.

There are several cars parked outside 331 Hilldale Drive for months on end (seven cars at one point). One has a steering wheel that is only stuck on the column, it is not functional. Weeds grow up beneath the vehicles and street sweepers cannot clean where they are parked. Some of these cars have "Dealer" plates but I cannot imagine anyone who would purchase them. Neighbors are denied parking spots for guest because of these vehicles.
