The Robert Reid Ct Island needs some attention It has not been mowed or the weeds whacked in weeks Thanks

It appears that the Sweetgum (?) tree in the middle of the island where the mailboxes for Robert Reid Ct are has died or is dying as there are no leaves on it

Over the past 10 + years, my yard service has mowed out over 10 feet from my property. 10 feet was to give me a buffer originally, but over time my yard service is mowing almost out to the cart path on the lagoon side, and Brightview doesn't appear to mind, which I don't blame them. Please ask Bright View to mow up to 10 feet from my building (7 feet from planting beds) moving forward on both the lagoon side and the north side effective immediately. I will inform my yard service of the change too. Thank you, Betty Stout

Medium size mailbox for 12 Robert Reid Ct. has been damaged by I think a falling tree limb recently. The door to the mailbox will not close and flops open. Please replace the mailbox with THE SAME MEDIUIM SIZE box. Also, please put address number on the new mailbox along with most of the other adjacent boxes.

Across the Lagoon from my home at 12 Robert Reid is a single very tall dying pine It appears to be on the common land between Schroeder and Ramshorn Cts near the Tournament tee on Magnolia #17. It looks from here to be on TLA property Thanks

5 Skipjack Lane does not have a "Tube" under the mailbox.

Why was I not informed that someone was going to mark with spray paint my landscape damaging many of my plants. This is unacceptable as some of these plants might now need to be replaced or at best cut back. Flags could have done just as good a job. Who is responsible for the repair, pruning etc.

Now some people just showed up and they are standing around the man hole cover.

    What is going on?

Tree looks to be leaning over at about 30 + degrees and resting against other trees. Base of tree has significant rotting, but the tree has leaves. It also appears that part of the root system has pulled up recently. I don't know if the tree would remain where it is if it were not for the trees that it is leaning against.

  • Bartram Road South Between Landings Way North And Landings Way North Savannah, Georgia - Landings Association
Several years ago I requested a sidewalk be installed on Bartram between TLCo at Landings Way North and the other end at Landings Way North and was informed it wasn't possible for a variety of utility reasons. I have stopped walking along that section of Bartram as there is just too much traffic on the road coming at me. Even at 30 MPH a big pickup or SUV coming at you is scary. Time has passed and things have changed. I ask that my request be reconsidered as this section of Bartram is really the only main road in the Landings that doesn't have a sidewalk now that I am aware of. Please make this a priority for 2019 if not sooner.

The number "12" needs to be reattached to the sign post. It is just "resting" on top. The number needs to be painted also as old rusty nails have stained it.

Mail tube is missing below mailbox.
  • 13 Robert Reid Ct Savannah, Georgia - Landings Association
A new mailbox was recently installed for 13 Robert Reid Ct.T he mailboxes - 1 through 16 Robert Reid Ct - are in a row and need to have a uniform flush front for delivery of and retrieval of mail. This NEW mailbox STICKS OUT so those around it can no longer access their mailboxes without getting out of their car and it makes it much more difficult for the mail delivery person to deliver the mail. Please reinstall the mailbox so the FRONT is flush with the others in the FRONT. Thanks.

On the South end of the street Island across from 11, 15 & 16 Robert Reid Ct. there is a dying tall pine which has recently been hit by lightning again. There is evidence of an old strike facing Robert Reid and a newer one facing Wiley Bottom. It is very evident which tree it is as all the needles are turning brown. In my opinion it should be removed.

Earlier this week several trees were cut down and left lying where they fell and branches taken down from other trees adjacent to the walking path along Lagoon 15. When will the downed trees and branches that were cut be removed? Also, since they were cutting down trees, why did they not take the one down next to 14 Robert Reid Ct. that was struck by lightning in September that cut through the ground so viciously that the lightning strike took out most of my electronics three houses away? When will that tree be removed? It must be badly compromised. Thanks.

Brightview picked up some Matthew Debris this morning but missed some stacked around and underneath a pine tree near 10 Robert Reid. It is Matthew debris so can't be put out for Chatham County. Brightview probably missed it as the dead debris is the same color as the ground below it around the tree. Please ask Brightview to return today and collect it. Thanks.

Large fallen Live Oak blocks community path to the extent that people are going around it on foot and by golf cart dangerously close to the lagoon. If the blocking branches could be cut off with chainsaw in the short term, I think that would make this section of the path safe.
