Our household trash was not picked up. It was out on the curb Sunday evening for Monday morning pick-up

They emptied one of my recycling bin but left the second completely full

Only emptied half of my recycling bin

I'd like to purchase a green 96 gallon roll cart

Today the trash truck driver passed by my trash can so I placed it on the other side of the road so he could pick it up when he made his sweep on my neighbors side but he by-passed it a second time. I stopped and asked him if he could please empty my container but he said he couldn't empty it because it's a personal container and not a city of Fayetteville container. He graciously agreed to go back and empty it for me this time. I've lived here over 15 years and this is the first time this has happened and the first I have heard of it. Is this a new policy or just now being enforced? My personal container is a 96 gallon container exactly like the City of Fayetteville container. Please contact me and let me know and if my options for when my 1 Fayetteville container is full and I need more trash taken. Truck number: 28400 Thank you
