Private Property Issue Archived753 Orange St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - East RockAre there any city regulations surrounding lawn maintenance? Now that summer is here, I've noticed a number of tree belts and lawns that are neglected. Clearly, this is an eyesore, but I would think the bigger concern would be creating an ideal environment for ticks. At times, pedestrians must walk on tree belts, so keeping them trimmed would be safer than letting them grow wild. Is this an issue for LCI? Or is it perhaps another city department?

Parking Violation/Abandoned Auto Archived35 Lawrence St New Haven, CT, 06511, USA - East Rock
Multiple vehicles parked beyond the No Parking Beyond This Point signs at the intersection of Lawrence St & Nash St.
At this intersection, parking beyond the signs limits a driver's ability to see on-coming vehicles and pedestrians in the cross walks.
This is a *daily* problem, generally, with at least 4 vehicles parked beyond the signs. It is frustrating to be told to report these instances each time they occur, as they literally happen every day. All of the vehicles seem to belong to residents of 50 Nash St.
