    Section of road appears to be sinking. It is about six inches lower than the rest of the street.

    There is a storm water structure just off Spring Street where it bends and starts to go uphill towards James Alexander Way. This structure is full of silt and plants are growing in it. During rain events in overflows which causes erosion in the stream below. I'm not sure if the Town is responsible for the maintenance of this structure, or the developer, but it does not appear to have been maintained in years.

    I saw what appears to be a vicious dog guarding a buffalo carcas on James Alexander Way. Should I be concerned? Is it legal to shoot it (the buffalo) in the city limits?
