    In preparation for construction at 2111 Packard, this tree has been wrapped in netting that almost completely obscures pedestrians waiting at the crosswalk directly south of it Drivers already fail to stop for pedestrians here most of the time, and traffic on this stretch of Packard is fast. Could we get some gateway treatments in the crosswalk or another way to slow cars here and improve pedestrian safety during construction. (If you zoom way into the attached picture you will see the mostly-hidden people.)

    We could really use a refuge island here. RRFB would be even better. Maybe those in-street vertical signs? This is the walking route to Pattengill for families that live on the opposite side of Packard, and cars at this point have picked up a lot of speed since crossing Stadium and often don't stop for people waiting to cross. Now that the schools discontinued bus service to this neighborhood and there's no crossing guard, we could use the city's help to get us and our kids safely across Packard every day.

    Multiple issues at Woodbury Park: 1) Water fountain gets stuck in the on position and is flooding the area around it. 2) One of the new swings has an appallingly loud squeak/groan. 3) There is a low tree branch by the swings that makes it hard to stand there and push and needs to be trimmed.

    Every week, 1025 Packard puts trash and recycling bins in the bike lane instead of on the curb. Last time I reported it, the bins had been cleared by the time enforcement got out to check. Today I took pictures. These were taken at around 9:40 today.
