  • 108 North Stafford Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
The alley that runs parallel to Grove and Floyd, that connects Davis and Stafford avenues, is in very bad shape. There are many potholes filled with water. Once warm weather comes, these will attract mosquitoes. We have already attempted to contact Bobby Vincent but he has not responded. Could you please bring some gravel to fill the potholes?

2403 Grove Avenue Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
In the alley that runs behind 2405, 2403 and 2401 Grove Avenue, there are 5 new garbage cans, 5 new recycling bins, 4 old garbage cans and at least one old-style recycling bin. 2405 is classified in the city property records as a three-family residence, 2401 is a two-family residence and 2403 as a single family residence. I'm not sure how accurately this reflects how many people are living in these three structures; I suspect these classifications need to be updated. In any case, there are way too many garbage cans in this alley. At the very least, City should remove three of the old garbage cans and the old recycling bins. The problem is they get pushed out onto the sidewalk, of Stafford Avenue, on garbage collection days and it takes several days for residents (mostly renters I think) to put them back into alley. (If they do it at all.) This alley is a mess and the overcrowding of garbage bins is making it worse.
