    Graffiti was painted onto the fire hydrant at the corner of Reed Street and Reed Street Court, right at 70 Reed Street (gray home on the corner).

    Has been on the hydrant for months now, so thought we would formally request that it be painted over.

    Every time it rains, a large puddle forms in front of units 1-2 Reed Street Ct. It is not a small puddle, but one that makes it quite a challenge to get inside without taking a running start to jump over it, creating unnecessary safety risk. The slope of Reed Street Ct. does not carry the water to the drain located toward the end of the court. The court needs to be re-paved with the proper slope to alleviate the puddling issue.
