    Broken red bicycle, missing one wheel, leaning against fence on corner of Putnam and Western Avenue. I think the brand is Trek. It has been there for over a week and does not belong to anyone in our building.

    Our building's recycling and our neighbor's recycling were not picked up today. Other trash was picked up. I don't know if there is a collection tomorrow morning, therefore am unsure if I should leave the recycling bin at the curb overnight. My neighbor's address is 356 Western Avenue. Our building is located at the corner of Putnam and Western Avenues and the trash is picked up on Western Avenue.

    Yard waste bags and bins in front of the Field of Dreams Community Garden on Elmer Street were not picked up yesterday. The usual pickup day is Friday but collection was delayed one day as a result of Veterans Day. Similar problems are being reported all over the neighborhood.

    Tripping hazard. Sidewalk in front of 201-207 Putnam Avenue is cracking and buckling, probably from tree roots. Needs repair.
