    This is my second request in the past year. Bike lanes on Riveredge drive is faded/missing so now car just lane split and use the lane. Please address this its has been an issue for a while and it is dangerous for bikes.

    This report is more about the bike lane. it's fading so much on this entire road, that it's dangerous for bikes because the drivers now lane split into two lanes because they can't see the paint and ignore the bike lane.

    To date this intersection is one of the most dangerous in Chelsea. Almost daily while try to travel straight on cater St crossing Everett ave the traffic traveling turning left blocks the cars going straight. Sometimes they nearly smash into you. This would be an ideal location for a delayed green.

    This street light (located on the telephone see pic) is facing upward towards my apartment. It comes on for about 10 mins and turns bright orange and goes out again... this repeats all night long. Can someone fix this or remove it. It's been like this for months. driving me crazy!

    This intersection is one of most dangerous in Boston at the moment. The traffic headed east across to WBway has one lane going straight. It's now the norm to go straight from the left only lane. Someone is going to be seriously hurt if this issue is not solved. It's seems to be like this for the last several years yet the city has not made any effort to fix it.

    Their are several LED street lights all around the One North of Boston complex that have been broken in some cases for over a year.
    The flash on/off quickly light and strobe quickly. Not only is it dark but the strobe is maddening, especially if its outside your window.
    two on Heard Street, two on Maple Spruce street and Sixth.

    This right turning lane turning into target/Suffolk downs extremely dangerous. On the payment it's clearly indicates right turn only with arrows.
    Yet at least 60% of the drives continue straight and ignore the signs.
    I have noticed the green turning light also points straight so I thinks that may be very confusing to drivers.
    Today I was almost in an accident because none of the cars that went straight in this lane would not let me in.
    This happens every day on my commute.

    You have two turning lanes going left on spruce st to 6th street. Many times I was trying to turn left and almost got run off the road by drivers taking up both lanes. Guide lines informing drivers that they need to share the left turn might be helpful before a serious accident happens.
