    Hi,
    In front of 36 Irving Street, there is an electric car parked along the sidewalk. The charging cable runs across the sidewalk night and day and is definitely a trip hazard. My 86-yr old mom fell down because of it.
    I have nothing against electric cars of course but can you please have these people park their car in their driveway whenever they charge their car ?

    Big branches are falling down on a regular basis. This week again (see picture).
    Cars have been damaged several times (broken windshields ...).
    One day, someone is going to get badly injured.
    Neighbors have been complaining.
    This tree must be removed and replaced by a new tree.

    2 days ago, a big branch fell on a car parked on the street, breaking the rear window.
    One day, someone will get badly injured !

    This tree has been having huge branches falling in the middle of the street for the past 6 months. It happened again yesterday afternoon. The huge branches fall down onto cars and could easily injure pedestrians.
    Can you please assess if this tree is not sick and should not be removed (replaced) ?
