    A larger branch fell off the tree tonight. We moved it off the sidewalk to the curb. They are blossoming now and the tree is shedding. Luckily no one was walking by at the time.

    The sidewalk multi-use path on the Alameda side of the Posey Tube is littered with cut weeds and grass. The cuttings contain thorns that are bad for the cyclists that use the path. They always cause flats. It would be nice if they could blow the debris off the path. Imagine if people who drive had to deal with flats all the time on their regular commute.

    I was physically assaulted by the BART gate slamming down on my hips as I walked through, paying with a Clipper Card. This has happened to me so many times and I'm sick of it.These gates are unsafe! Now my leg is in pain. Either upgrade or make BART free.

    Presidio Blvd. between Letterman and Lombard has a lot of cracks and could use some repaving. It doesn't feel safe to bike there. There is no shoulder. The shoulder of the road suddenly appears after Lombard.

    Another area where the walkway intersects traffic with inadequate safety markings and is potentially dangerous to pedestrians and cyclists. This is listed as one of the traffic detour areas once the construction of Site A gets underway. It is a walkway that leads to the high school and there is a bus stop nearby.

    I just wanted to warn cyclists of this potential danger. Cars heading east often make a right turn here onto Main St. and do not yield to cyclists that are on the right side of the road. Instead what they try to do is speed up, passing the cyclists within inches of their life, and then make their right turn right in front of the cyclist, causing them to slam on their brakes at the last minute. There is no respect for cyclists, unfortunately, and no bike lane here.

    Here is the location of an area that needs some pedestrian and bike safety improvements. The sidewalk on the West Side merges invisibly right into the street. I almost got run over yesterday. There are no hashmarks, no lines for cars to stop at. Not enough warning or time for cars to stop in case something rolls through their line of sight.
