Quayside Terrace at 3 and 5 K de K Court have landscaping company Paraspace drilling holes in the base of the trees on the firelane between Dockside and Quayside Terrace to insert pest control pellets to reduce the film on their windows from the aphid infested trees on the boardwalk. These are the same people that cut down trees that were restricting their view of the river. The city planted saplings to replace the them which will be trees in about 20 years . These trees don't belong to Quayside Terrace -they are City trees.

Kinder Morgan Pipeline Expansion Project is already using the old Canfor Mill/ Braid Site as a work site for storage ,parking and transportation . My concern are how will this approval and permits from the City affect traffic issues in this area, permits are allowing 24 hour a day work there and finally why is the City working with the Federal government to support Kinder Morgan Expansion when the NDP are not supporting this project

There is a drain by the wooden underpass on the north side of the sidewalk that is about 2 feet deep and 2 feet across that could be dangerous to children and pets -needs to be covered up

Metro Vancouver -infrastructure project contractors left a porta -potty blocking the firelane when they finished work on Friday -it's been there all weekend and the project is done

Concerned about the dead trees in the fenced area -the rhodos are dying or dead and the big blue spruce looks distressed -these trees should have been watered during the heat wave
