TCHS students continue to park on Jefferson Avenue and block driveways. This morning, the truck on the right parked into my driveway. We called EPPD, an officer came, the student came out - and moved the truck maybe 2 feet. It still partially blocks my drive or at least makes it very hard to turn out of it. Students have been told not to park on the road anymore. We need an officer to check on this in the mornings, as the school can not enforce anything outside their gates.

More illegal Tri-Cities High School parking on Jefferson Avenue in front of my house. Happens every day from 3-5pm. Blocking driveways. Students have left cars blocking neighbors driveways or in the middle of the road. EPPD called but either doesn't show or do nothing when they do show.

Students from Tri-Cities High School continue leaving trash on Jefferson Avenue and along Harris Street every school day from 3-4pm.

Every day when Tri-Cities High School lets out, students and their friends/family block driveways and the entirety of Jefferson Avenue between Harris and Randall. We need officers to keep this area under control and write tickets. See my earlier complaint about trash being thrown from these cars. I've had enough.

Every day when Tri-Cities High School lets out, students and their friends and family members litter Jefferson Avenue between Harris and Randall. They also block driveways with their cars. I've lived here over 15 years and it's never been this bad. Councilmembers and the Principal have been informed, but they say it must be reported to the city and EPPD. So I will do this every day the problem continues. We need control over this street when school lets out. It is not intended to be a drop off/pick up zone, and some of these students have no respect for our neighborhood.

These bushes at Harris St and Wadley Ave/Oakleigh need to be cut down. They block the view when turning onto Oakleigh from Harris (almost got in 2 accidents recently) and they don't serve any purpose. Thank you!

Two potholes in front of Tri Cities High School at Jefferson Ave / Harris Street need to be filled in

There are a number of fallen trees from the hurricane off the side of the bridge that need to be collected .

There is overgrowth at the dead end of Wadley Avenue by the abandoned house that is blocking the left turn view from Harris Street onto Harold Sheats. This may cause a car accident as cars fly down Harold Sheats and can't be seen.

I reported this issue earlier, and while the tall grass was cut the work crew did not cut all the way to the fence. This stretch is on Bryan, but there are more tall weeds/grass on Harris where the tree was cut down.

Someone on this street keeps dumping in this area . Neighbors tell me it is the guy with the cowboy silhouettes on this fence, who has been cited before. If it's him, he needs to be stopped.

Grass is overgrown along fence line on Bryan Ave and Harris around TCHS along with the vacant lot where the preschool used to be .

Illegal dump, always appears on one side or the other near the "cowboy" house. Random construction debris, trash, furniture .

Need leaf truck to remove pile in front of my house. Thanks!
