    Building "A" "B" and "C" Parking Lot lights, Chula Vista, California - Northwest
    The trees in all the parking lots are over grown and are reducing the lighting through out the area. There is a possibility that they are damaging the light fixtures as well. With reduced lighting this could cause a safety issue as well.
